Panu Aqil (Daily Pakistan Online): Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that strong coordination in various fields is essential for a full-fledged war response.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Panu Aqil area of Sindh where he reviewed the formation training and operational readiness in the desert. He also witnessed field firing ranges, training exercises at Salehpat, combat drills and demonstrations of various tactics.
The Commander-in-Chief appreciated the combat readiness of the soldiers of the Pakistan Army and also praised their efforts to protect and defend the environment in the desert conditions. Talking on the occasion, he said that the use and training of weapons is important for dealing with the war situation while strong coordination in various fields is essential for a full-fledged war response. The Chief of Army Staff was also briefed on the Army’s professional readiness and military exercises in the desert. The Army Chief also planted saplings in the desert under the Green Pakistan Campaign.
According to ISPR, during his visit, General Qamar Javed Bajwa also visited the house of Hezbollah Jatoi martyr in Dattar Dino village near Panu Aqil. Hezbollah soldiers were martyred in an IED blast in Quetta on September 5. The Army Chief sought the well-being of the families of the martyrs and directed to ensure good welfare of the families of the martyrs.
