Sukkur (Daily Pakistan Online) Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa appealed to the philanthropists to come forward to help the flood victims.

In his video message after visiting the flood-affected areas of Sindh, the Army Chief said that he had visited the areas of Balochistan yesterday and today he has come to Khairpur, Sindh. But there is a flood, it will take many years to rehabilitate the flood victims.

He said that the federal and provincial governments, army, navy, air force and welfare organizations are helping the flood victims in every possible way, but the flood has come on a large scale. All Pakistani philanthropists are requested to help their Pakistani brothers in these difficult situations.

The army chief said that governments and forces are doing their best but our resources are limited, philanthropists should come forward to help in any way they can, the relief and rescue operation is almost over, now the phase of rehabilitation of the victims has come. Friends. Countries have been requested to help Pakistan in this hour of need. Expatriates should also help their brothers, hope our overseas Pakistanis will not let us down.
